Aşırı Gerilim ve Düşük Gerilim Koruyuculu EXUR7P-2 ATS
Two Supplies, One Decision — Intelligent Mains-Mains / Mains-Generator Switching
The EXUR7P-2 is a DIN-rail automatic transfer switch (ATS) for dual power systems up to 100A, supporting mains-to-mains and mains-to-generator changeover. Two physically isolated inputs feed one load through a microcontroller-based switch that checks voltage quality, applies over/under voltage and overcurrent protection, offers phase priority selection, timing functions, and WiFi monitoring — restoring supply automatically when the preferred source recovers.

Ürün Bilgisi
General
The EXUR7P-2 series products are applicable to rated currents of 100A and below, supporting intelligent switching between dual power supplies of mains-to-mains and mains-to-generator. The two input circuits adopt a physical isolation design, fully complying with electrical safety specifications and standards.
It features dual modes of automatic circuit switching and manual free switching for flexible and convenient use. The overvoltage and undervoltage protection thresholds can be customized; automatic power-off protection is triggered immediately when the voltage exceeds the set range. A built-in delayed restart mechanism enables automatic closing and power supply restoration after the grid voltage stabilizes. Meanwhile, it allows independent setting of the current limiting value, with automatic power-off upon overcurrent and self-recovery after fault elimination.
The complete machine integrates multiple safety protections including neutral loss, overvoltage, undervoltage and overload, comprehensively preventing hidden risks such as grid voltage fluctuations and current abnormalities. It effectively ensures the long-term stable operation of rear-end electrical equipment and avoids fault damage.

Sıkça Sorulan Sorular
What is an automatic transfer switch (ATS) and when is it used?
An ATS connects a load to two power sources and automatically transfers the load from the preferred source to the standby source when the first fails, then back when it recovers. The EXUR7P-2 is used with two mains feeders or a mains/generator pair in houses, shops, telecom shelters and small commercial plants that need continuity of supply without someone driving to the site to throw a changeover switch.
What is the difference between mains-mains and mains-generator operation?
Mains-mains connects two utility feeders where either can carry the load; the ATS selects by priority. Mains-generator connects the utility and a standby generator, typically with the generator started by an external controller — the ATS transfers when the grid fails and returns when it stabilises. The EXUR7P-2 supports both topologies with physically isolated inputs.
Why must each input have a circuit breaker?
The installation instructions require a breaker on the input side of the ATS. This protects the wiring and the device during fault conditions, and — critically — provides a guaranteed point of isolation for maintenance. The ATS itself provides protection functions, but it cannot replace upstream overcurrent protection.
How does the EXUR7P-2 choose which source to use?
You set the priority in the menu: L1 priority or L2 priority makes one input the preferred source that is used whenever its voltage is healthy; ATO (automatic) is a non-priority mode that stays on the current source until it fails. When the preferred source fails, the ATS checks the standby source and transfers after a minimum delay of 0.2 seconds.
What protections are built into the EXUR7P-2?
The unit combines overvoltage and undervoltage protection (with fast trip ≤350V in 0.02s), overcurrent protection with adjustable limits and an action delay, temperature protection (40-120°C), neutral-loss protection and overload safeguards. After a fault or outage it reconnects after the configured recovery delay so the load returns to a stable supply.
