Os modelos EXUR7N e EXUR7 são protetores inteligentes contra sobretensão/subtensão para circuitos AC monofásicos, montados em trilho DIN de 35mm em um corpo modular padrão 2P. Eles monitoram continuamente tanto a tensão quanto a corrente, desconectam a carga quando ocorrem falhas de sobretensão, subtensão ou sobrecorrente, e realizam o refechamento automático após a recuperação da linha — protegendo refrigeradores, condicionadores de ar e eletrônicos contra fornecimento instável da rede.

O Protetor Inteligente de Sobretensão/Subtensão da Série EXUR7N é um dispositivo de proteção inteligente montado em trilho DIN que integra monitoramento em tempo real de parâmetros duplos de tensão e corrente, múltiplas lógicas de proteção e auto-reset automático de falhas. Com design modular padrão de 2 polos (2P), pode ser montado diretamente em trilho DIN de 35mm e é adequado para proteção terminal em sistemas de distribuição AC monofásicos, fornecendo proteção elétrica confiável, precisa e inteligente para cargas conectadas.

What is an over/under voltage protector and why install one?
An over/under voltage protector disconnects a load when the line voltage leaves a safe window — for example above 270V or below 170V on a 220V line — and reconnects it after the supply recovers. It protects compressors, refrigerators, air conditioners and electronics from brown-outs, neutral drift and grid surges. The EXUR7N/EXUR7 also monitors current, adding overcurrent protection for the circuit.
What is the difference between EXUR7N and EXUR7?
Functionally they are identical — the same dual voltage/current monitoring, the same protection logics and the same 19-parameter setup. EXUR7N and EXUR7 are two model-name families within the same platform, offered so different distribution channels and markets can carry separate part numbers. Order either; specify the current rating (40/63/80A) and supply voltage.
Does the protector reset automatically after a fault?
Yes, if auto-reclose is enabled. After an overvoltage, undervoltage or overcurrent trip, the protector waits for the configured recovery delay (default 30 tenths of a second units in the P2 parameter) and reconnects automatically once conditions are normal. Set the menu to manual recovery where an attended reset is required by local rules.
Where should it be installed — before or after the main breaker?
The protector protects a branch or the whole single-phase load, so it is installed downstream of the main overcurrent device, on the DIN rail of the distribution board, upstream of the socket circuits or appliances it guards. Its own terminals are rated for the model’s current (40/63/80A); the upstream breaker provides short-circuit backup.
Can it be used on a 110V supply?
Yes — the EXUR7N/EXUR7 platform includes an AC110V supply variant in addition to the standard AC220V version, with the same over/under voltage and overcurrent functions scaled to the 110V window. Confirm the supply variant when ordering.
